Safe Play, Personal Liability & Social Respect Policy

1. Safe Play Conditions

All participants must conduct themselves in a manner that prioritises safety at all times.

• Golf swings are only permitted within designated simulator bays or training areas.
• Participants must remain aware of others at all times and maintain a safe distance from swinging players.
• Only approved golf clubs and clean golf balls may be used within the facility.
• Running, horseplay, reckless behaviour, or misuse of equipment is strictly prohibited.
• Food and beverages must be kept clear of hitting zones and electronic equipment.
• Children must be supervised at all times unless participating in a structured coaching session.
• Instructions provided by P59 staff, coaches, or management must be followed immediately.

P59 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any session where unsafe behaviour is observed.

2. Acceptance of Personal Liability

By entering and using the P59 facility, all members and visitors acknowledge and agree that:

• Golf activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury or property damage.
• Participation in simulator play, lessons, club fittings, and putting activities is undertaken at the individual’s own risk.
• P59, its staff, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow safety instructions, or personal negligence.
• Participants are responsible for any damage caused by their actions, whether accidental or intentional.
• Participants must advise P59 staff of any health conditions that may affect safe participation in golf activities.

3. Social Respect & Conduct

P59 Golf is a shared, inclusive, and professional environment.

All members and visitors are expected to:

• Treat staff, coaches, members, and guests with courtesy and respect.
• Refrain from abusive, aggressive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour or language.
• Respect personal space, shared facilities, booking times, and equipment.
• Drink alcohol responsibly, where permitted, and comply with all venue rules and applicable laws.

Any behaviour that detracts from the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others may result in immediate removal from the facility and/or suspension or termination of membership or access, at P59’s discretion.

4. Acceptance of Policy

Entry to and use of P59 Golf constitutes acceptance of this policy.
P59 reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time.
