These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) define the standards, privileges and responsibilities associated with membership at P59 Golf.

By activating or using a P59 Golf membership, the Member confirms their understanding and acceptance of these Terms.

1. Purpose & Philosophy

P59 Golf is designed as a high‑performance environment, combining world‑leading technology with a refined, respectful and safety‑focused culture. Membership is a privilege and is extended exclusively to individuals who uphold the values of excellence, accountability and mutual respect.

2. Definitions

  • P59 Golf refers to the facility, its staff, systems and associated services.
  • Member means an individual holding an active P59 Golf membership.
  • Membership Tier means the category of membership determining usage entitlements and benefits.
  • Session means a single, continuous period of booked access to a simulator or training zone.
  • Junior Member means a Member under the age of eighteen (16).

3. Facility Access & Technology Use

3.1  Memberships provide access to P59 Golf’s premium indoor facilities, including TrackMan, PuttView and designated training environments.

3.2  Access is governed by a weekly allocation of hours, defined by the Member’s Membership Tier.

3.3  Weekly usage allocations are designed to ensure equitable access across the membership base and do not accumulate or roll over unless expressly stated.

3.4  P59 Golf reserves the right to manage access, scheduling and availability in order to preserve the experience and performance standards of the facility.

4. Session Limits & Booking Standards

4.1  Each Membership Tier carries a maximum allowable duration per single session, regardless of unused weekly hours.

4.2  Members may not extend a session beyond the permitted limit, whether through consecutive bookings or informal continuation.

4.3  All sessions must be booked through approved P59 Golf systems and are subject to availability.

4.4  No‑shows or late cancellations compromise facility access for other members and may result in forfeited time or sanctions at P59 Golf’s discretion.

5. Membership Tiers & Privileges

5.1  Membership benefits vary by tier and may include:

  • Priority access to training and playing technology
  • Tier‑based weekly session allocations
  • Preferential pricing on coaching

5.2  Membership benefits are personal, non‑transferable and may not be shared.

5.3  Complimentary offerings and VIP benefits are subject to availability and may be modified to reflect supplier agreements, seasonal programs or facility evolution.

6. Standards of Conduct, Safety & Respect

6.1  All Members must comply at all times with the P59 Golf “Safe Play, Personal Liability & Social Respect Policy”.

6.2  Members are expected to behave in a manner consistent with the premium nature of the facility, including respectful interaction with staff, coaches and fellow members.

6.3  Unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful or abusive behaviour may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund.

6.4  Members are responsible for using all technology, simulators and equipment in accordance with provided guidelines. Damage caused through misuse or negligence may be charged to the Member.

7. Personal Responsibility, Risk & Australian Consumer Law

7.1  Participation in golf‑related training, practice and simulated play involves inherent physical risks. Members acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with use of the P59 Golf facility.

7.2  Members are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit, medically able and suitably prepared to participate in golf activities.

7.3  To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, P59 Golf is not liable for personal injury, property loss or damage arising from use of the facility, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”).

7.4  Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies granted under the ACL that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a statutory guarantee applies, P59 Golf’s liability is limited (at its option and where permitted by law) to the resupply of services or the cost of having the services supplied again.

8. Junior Members

8.1  Junior Members are strictly required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while on the premises.

8.2  The accompanying adult assumes complete responsibility for the Junior Member’s safety, behaviour and compliance with all policies.

8.3  P59 Golf reserves the right to refuse access where appropriate supervision is not present or standards are not met.

9. Coaching, Apparel & Equipment

9.1  Member discounts on coaching, apparel and equipment are tier‑dependent and subject to change.

9.2  Coaching sessions are subject to professional availability and booking requirements.

9.3  All facility‑provided equipment remains the property of P59 Golf unless explicitly purchased by the Member.

10. Fees, Payments & Processing Charges

10.1  Membership fees are payable in advance in accordance with the applicable Membership Tier and billing cycle.

10.2  Except where required under Australian Consumer Law, membership fees are non‑refundable, including in circumstances of non‑attendance, change of mind, injury or inability to use allocated hours.

10.3  All Members acknowledge and agree that payment processing charges, including fees applied by third‑party booking platforms, payment gateways or booking services, are passed on to the Member and are payable in addition to advertised membership fees, session fees or booking charges.

10.4  Payment processing charges are non‑refundable under any circumstances and are separate from P59 Golf’s own fees.

10.5  Failure to maintain valid payment details or meet payment obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access until outstanding amounts are resolved.

10.6  P59 Golf reserves the right to revise membership pricing, fee structures or accepted payment methods with reasonable notice.

11. Suspension, Termination & Membership Integrity

11.1  Membership at P59 Golf is a privilege offered to individuals who uphold the facility’s performance standards, safety requirements and culture.

11.2  P59 Golf may suspend or terminate a membership immediately and without refund where a Member:

  • Breaches these Terms or associated policies
  • Engages in unsafe, abusive, threatening, intimidating or disruptive conduct
  • Fails to comply with staff direction
  • Damages equipment or facilities through misuse or negligence

11.3  Members may request cancellation in accordance with the terms applicable to their Membership Tier. Any minimum term, notice period or administrative conditions must be satisfied.

11.4  P59 Golf reserves the right to amend these Terms, operational policies, access rules or membership benefits to ensure the continued excellence and sustainability of the P59 Golf experience. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

P59 Golf handles Member information in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and its Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which P59 Golf operates.

14. Acknowledgement

By holding and using a P59 Golf membership, the Member acknowledges that they:

  • Respect the performance‑driven nature of the facility
  • Accept the responsibilities that accompany exclusive access
  • Commit to upholding the culture, safety and standards of P59 Golf
